Given Jojo-Henry LLC's responsibilities, we do not accept liability for the following:
Any faults or defects in goods; would need to be addressed with the suppliers in AMER and repaired or replaced as per the manufacturers' or sellers’ warranties or terms and conditions. Normally most suppliers/manufacturers' warranties will require the goods to be returned to the AMER seller at the cost of the buyers.
Any issues that you may have with the level of service provided by the seller.
We recommend that buyers always ensure the suppliers have sufficiently export packed goods ordered and that the buyers arrange Cargo Transit Insurance Cover, for the value of the goods and all transport/shipping costs incurred.
Whilst Jojo-Henry LLC uses every effort to find the most competitive prices from the AMER suppliers/sellers, we cannot guarantee that the prices quoted by us are the very lowest available.
All order availability arrangements must be agreed upon between buyers, sellers, or Jojo-Henry LLC. Jojo-Henry LLC does not accept any liability in the event of any delay to supply by the supplier/seller, however, will always do our best endeavor to speed up availability and keep buyers fully informed of any such unexpected delays.
Buyers are responsible for all handling, transport, shipping, and customs costs from the supplier’s door or warehouse up to the buyer’s destination port.
AMER offers total transport, packing, consolidation, storage, and shipping services to all worldwide destinations.
These conditions and any act or contract to which they apply shall be governed by international trade law, and any dispute arising out of any act or contract to which they apply shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of AMER.
Nothing within these Terms and Conditions affects your statutory rights to purchase goods that comply with their description, are of satisfactory quality, and are fit for their intended purpose. The products/goods purchase order contract agreement is between you (the buyer) and the nominated AMER supplier or seller.

Your complaint will be logged, acknowledged within 2 working days, and assigned a complaint reference number, to use for future contact.
