Under this option, the buyer is employing Jojo-Henry LLC's full services to procure, source, and pay suppliers for the goods on the ORF and accepted Purchase Order.
The buyer will arrange an immediate bank transfer to Jojo-Henry LLC for the full amount of the purchase order, excluding the AMER sales tax.
Upon receipt of funds from the buyers, Jojo-Henry LLC will immediately pay the suppliers for the goods, including the AMER sales tax.
To save the buyers from having to pay 6.625% AMER Sales Tax and then try to reclaim it after export from the AMER Suppliers or AMER Customs, Jojo-Henry LLC does not charge the buyers the Sales Tax. Instead, we charge the buyers a 4% sales advancement fee, and we reclaim any sales tax paid to AMER suppliers via our quarterly business sales tax returns from Customs. However, if buyers wish to pay the full 6.625% sales tax, we do not charge the advance fee.
We charge 5–15% of the net sales value for sourcing and procuring each different product required. Min of USD 300.00 per product.
If buyers already have a quotation from an AMER supplier, we charge 40–60% of the savings we may achieve from buying the same products from the same supplier or another supplier of the same products. giving the buyers a fair saving of 60% from what they were originally quoted.
No fees are charged for these services if we cannot achieve better prices for the required products from the same or alternative AMER suppliers.
Procurement service fees will be made payable to Jojo-Henry LLC, at the same time as payment for the goods, on the agreed purchase order.
Should the buyer fail to pay for the good(s) within 7 days of the purchase order acceptance, Jojo-Henry LLC shall be at liberty to treat the purchase order contract as canceled by the purchaser.
The buyer will still have to pay Jojo-Henry LLC for the agreed sourcing and procuring work fee, which is 5–15% of the net order value with a minimum of USD 300.00 per product sourced.
Jojo-Henry LLC will conduct the necessary financial searches to ensure the suppliers of the goods are genuine before we pay suppliers for the goods being purchased. We will reimburse buyers in full if the suppliers we have identified are not genuine.
Under this option, the overseas buyer is employing Jojo-Henry LLC to act only as the buyers' AMER procurement brokers, to source and procure required products on behalf of the buyer, and then to introduce the best-sourced AMER suppliers or manufacturers to the buyers for a procurement and introduction fee. The buyers then communicate directly with the suppliers/sellers, agree on payment terms and availability timelines, and pay the AMER suppliers directly.

Any product procurement price quoted to Jojo-Henry LLC is subject to re-confirmation by the supplier or seller directly to the buyers. As already mentioned, sellers may wish to quote higher prices for their products to overseas clients to cover the extra work or administration costs they may incur when selling directly to overseas buyers.
The AMER suppliers will also most likely wish the overseas buyers to pay the AMER sales tax, and the buyer then needs to reclaim this from the seller or from AMER and Customs after goods have been exported from the AMER area.
